You can now plan all-round railings Draw automatically. Only the passages are set manually. Of course, the planning design can be individually adapted in every detail. You simply define the start and end points of your side guardrail or offset intermediate elements - Draw calculates all the necessary components, posts and minimum/maximum distances.
Did you know: If you design your ABS Safety side guard rail using the new planning feature in Draw, you can benefit from a subsidy offered by the BG Bau employers’ liability insurance association. Since April, BG Bau has been offering a subsidy for posts and installation materials used in side protection systems constructed in accordance with EN 13374, class A. This safety check provides a spontaneous method of determining without doubt the test status of any anchorage device that you and your employees may be about to use for a specific work assignment. However, you can also use this safety check feature to verify spontaneously whether the anchor in question - or any other component - has been properly inspected and included in the documentation in the case that you would like to have this information or want to show it to your customer.

Draw is the name of the brand-new module in our office suite that we specially designed for the roofing trade. With Draw, it is easy to create professional roof plans. Without the need for complex software installation work and completely free of charge. And how does that work? Find out - getting started is child’s play.
All you need to use Draw is a Lock Book account. Have you already got one? Then you’re all set to go. With Lock Book Draw you simply define where your safety system is to begin and where it is to end - or determine which stretch of your roof surface is to be secured. Draw then calculates all the required components and dimensions: Anchorage points, end and corner supports, cable lengths, distance between the supports etc.
Once you have finished your plan, you can simply export your drawing and the corresponding parts list with details of all the required products. This greatly simplifies the quote generation and order process. And if you still need to make corrections or adjustments, simply reopen the plan and you are free to change any detail you want. It's as simple as that.

We have given Lock Bock a complete makeover - whereby we paid great attention to detail. Not only does it now look better, it also offers yet more features for the roofing trade. For example, a powerful planning tool and practical scanning functions. But not everything is new - Lock Book is still as beginner-friendly and convenient as ever - and totally free.
Also new: “ABS” has now disappeared from the names of our digital products. And why? Because Lock Book continues to grow and grow and grow... And the different areas where our applications can be used should be reflected in their names - without their getting even longer. But don't worry, we will continue to be 100% responsible for designing, developing and programming Lock Book here in Germany - both with you and for you.

From now on, you can add ABS Safety products to your documentation simply by scanning them in. Our Docu app now includes a special feature for scanning the Data Matrix Codes on our products. Simply hold you phone over them and off you go - all the relevant product data is then immediately imported into Lock Book Docu.
Scanning speeds up the documentation process. You no longer have to select the products from the menu. You simply record all the relevant data by scanning the Data Matrix Codes - including the individual serial numbers. And we can speed up the whole process ever more: Our delivery notes now also include a Data Matrix Code. All you need to do is to scan this code to import all the listed products and system components into your documentation in one go.
